This is a 10-week program that includes the following:
8 group coaching calls 1 hour each
2 coaching calls with Traci 1:1 (30 Minutes)
Lessons and coaching tools for you to learn what it is that we do as a coach and take back into your organization
Coaching Cohorts are 10-week programs. We will have a new Coaching Cohort starting each month. We do cap the number of people in each cohort, and they are built for you to do multiple rounds.
The program is a combination of 1:1 and group coaching in an online format along with learning modules.
Traci Austin, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC is the Chief Talent Officer and owner of Elevated Talent Consulting. Traci is a certified HR professional with nearly two decades of experience in employee development and engagement, performance consulting and training facilitation building HR departments from the ground up
The program is $1,299 for the 10 sessions or three-monthly payments of $500 each.
You will get out of any program what you put into it. Yet, when coaching is applied in day-to-day work, you will see an increase:

- in the quality and quantity of work being done.
The coaching courses are not as they are not strictly HR content.
